Multi directional transports with powered load moving skates and lift
With the new POWER-Skate DUO H, large machines weighing up to 80 tonnes can be moved within a production facility across all industrial sectors. The new system allows loads with a three- or four-point support to be moved in every conceivable direction. Tight bends, 360° turns on the spot, moving the load sideways or manoeuvring one set of castors around the other.
The advantage of the POWER-Skate DUO H series is clear: thanks to the integrated lifting mechanism, the trolleys can be used to optimum effect in combination with an ECO-Skate ROTOflex and the support blocks also available for the manufacture of large machines.
The POWER-Skate PSX 20-40 DUO H can be moved in synchronisation. Thanks to the new digital Cerebellum control system, it is possible to control both trolleys precisely using just one remote control. This combines the load-carrying capacities, enabling the user to move heavy loads of up to 80 tonnes in every conceivable direction. The integrated lifting mechanism can be controlled individually for each unit. Our ECO-Skate ROTOflex rotary trolleys normally provide the third or fourth support point for the load.
