ECO-Skate® IDEAL (NY)

With the load moving system of the ECO-Skate IDEAL (NY) series, loads of up to 40 tonnes can be moved on all smooth and level floors. All heavy-duty trolleys come standard with pulling bar and alignment bar as well as HTS nylon wheels. HTS nylon wheels are high quality and abrasion resistant. They have extremely low rolling resistance, making it easy to move larger weights by hand. Required pulling devices can also be smaller. All load moving skates of the ECO-Skate IDEAL (NY) series can be combined as desired. The sum of the individual load capacities results in the total load. The wheels of the ECO-Skate IDEAL (NY) series are also available separately.

The following distinguishes the ECO-Skate IDEAL (NY) transport trolleys:

Pulling bar and alignment barThe skates of the IDEAL series come standard with pulling bar and alignment bar. Special lengths on request.

Foldable alignment barThe alignment bars of the iN80S, iN120S and iN160S are foldable.

CombinableAll transport load moving skates of the IDEAL (NY) series can be combined with each other and with skates of the IDEAL, ROTO and DUO series. The total load results from the sum of the individual load capacities.

HTS nylon wheelsAll Skates come standard with HTS high quality, non-marking nylon wheels, which have very low rolling resistance. They are made of solid material and not produced by injection molding. As a result, they are particularly high quality and resistant to abrasion. The very high payloads that result from this can never be achieved with rolls of conventional nylon tubes. HTS nylon wheels can also be ordered separately.
