At this year’s bauma in Munich from April 8-14 in Hall C4 Stand 651, HTS will be exhibiting its proven ECO-Jack machine jacks and ECO-Skate transport load moving skates for heavy-duty internal transport. For the first time, a new member of the POWER-Skate family, the radio-controlled battery-operated transport system, will be on display. Since its market launch in 2005, the POWER-Skate XL 20-40 with a total payload of 40 tonnes has been continuously developed further and is now equipped with modern, fully digitally controlled syncron motors, gearboxes and drive rollers. All in all, this makes the POWER-Skate XL 20-40 a compact, powerful drive unit with small external dimensions and a low 180 mm installation height. The electric drive is provided by a lithium iron phosphate battery with a running time of at least 5 hours. On three support points, simultaneous driving and steering as well as safe positioning are possible with the so-called Single-Joystick-Control on the remote control and directly proportional. The new POWER-Skate XL 20-40H has an integrated lift with which the load can be lifted directly by 50 mm for moving. If the load is high enough, for example, the load skate is simply moved under the load and lifted with the button on the remote control. This makes it easy to move machines, components or other heavy parts in halls without an overhead crane.
